Large frying pan
3 15oz cans of whole white potatoes
1 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 Tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
pinch of ground rosemary and sage
2 Tbsp chopped dill and/or parsley

Open the cans and drain potatoes.
Melt butter and oil in a frying pan on high heat.
Add potatoes, salt, pepper, rosemary and sage. Stir.
Sauté on high, stirring occasionally until golden
brown.
Off heat. Stir in dill and/or parsley.
